* The estate was built in the center of the city and belonged to the famous local industrialist Zolotoy Podvintsev. Now the building is represented by a single-tiered structure with an original stone relief and windows in stone frames. There are small extended tower superstructures in part of the roof. Nearby there is a stone entrance gate.
