* The house was built in the tenth years of the last century. The facade is decorated in blue and green tones. Of interest are stylized birds, reliefs of plant motifs and snakes, symbolizing the snake king of the Skid. It is one of the architectural monuments of pre-revolutionary Rostov-on-Don, and belonged to a representative of a famous Greek family who settled in southern Russia.
