The museum is located right in the heart of Uglich, next to the marina, at the intersection of tourist routes. In the first hall of the museum, visitors can get acquainted with the history of the development of the leather craft in Russia and in the city of Uglich, see models of machines and devices for leather dressing, and participate in the production process. In the second hall, visitors will find a magnificent collection of antique leather goods, from shoes and clothes to books and utensils.
