Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The hot tub is available for an additional fee: RUB 7000.00 per firing. A fee of RUB 1000.00 per day is charged for each additional guest. Only guests listed in the booking are allowed to stay in the house. Accommodation with pets is possible by arrangement for an additional fee. For a one-night stay, a cleaning fee of RUB 2500.00 is required. Early check-in and late check-out are available by arrangement and for an additional fee. Smoking and hosting parties are prohibited in the house. The security deposit is refunded within a day after cleaning and inspecting the house. Cars can be parked on the property, but guests must provide the make and number of their vehicle in advance to arrange a parking permit. If date changes are needed, guests must contact the property no later than 7 days in advance; the prepayment is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
