Reception is open between 9:45-17:00 Late check-in fee: From 20:00 till 22:00 is EUR 10.00 From 22:00 till 01:00 is EUR 19.00 If a guest does not inform the residence about their arrival time, and they are not present til 20:00 their reservation will be canceled and charged as it states in the policy. The reception opens the door. On the left, will be the elevator. Ring the bell 41 again and go to the 4th floor to the reception.
