House of Memory and Consent

This facility was opened in Surgut in 1997 and is called the "House of Memory and Consent of Surgut's old-timers." It is represented by a wooden building on the banks of the Saimaa River. Basically, this is the main meeting place for old-timers. There is also an opportunity to get acquainted with old household items, documents and photographs of the city's people.
