* The Ponart brewery was founded by Johann Schifferdecker in 1849 and became the largest in East Prussia. 12 years ago, a modern businessman restored part of the basement and adjusted the production technology of beer and kvass. The tour consists of two parts: 1) Historical (40 min) - you will learn how the plant originated, what it was like in that distant time. 2) Production + tasting (40 min) - you will get acquainted with the technology and the main stages of beer production, find out what varieties are brewed here and, of course, try 8 types of this freshest drink (nuts are included). Children and those who do not drink beer will be offered a delicious kvass of their own production.
