09:30 – 10:00 We will meet you at the central entrance of the Samara railway station from the city (we will wait with a sign "From Samara to Syzran"). First of all, we will go to get acquainted with the city: we will make a fascinating journey into history, culture and the main attractions. 10:00 – 13:00 – Bus and walking tour of Samara. During the program, you will learn why Samara is the “space capital of Russia”, visit the longest embankment along the Volga River and stroll through the old town. On our way, we will explore the main streets of the city - Kuibyshev and the pedestrian Leningradka, and the colorful Art Nouveau mansions located on them. We will not pass by the Polish church and the Lutheran church, as well as the city's connection with Eldar Ryazanov and Alexei Tolstoy. 13:00 - We will have an organized lunch, and after that we will go underground! An excursion to Stalin's bunker. You will learn something that even the residents of the neighboring houses did not realize in 1942! During World War II, there was a risk of evacuation of the country's leadership and Kuibyshev (the former name of Samara) was considered the reserve capital. In a record 9 months, a bunker was built for the country's top leadership: 37 meters underground, which is equal to a 12-storey building, full autonomy for as many as 5 days. After examining the structure of the strategic facility, we will go to the territory of the Zhiguli brewery. A legendary place! It is here that you can buy the famous intoxicating drink. 16:30 - Accommodation at the Samara 3* hotel (Samara). Next, a free evening and an independent dinner. But for those who are full of energy, we will arrange a trip to the thermal complex (for an additional fee when booking a tour). 17:30 - 21:30 - Rest at the Volga Thermal Baths. We will go to a place where you can relax in the hot pools and visit the author's saunas and baths. The atmosphere of the resort and relaxation will perfectly complement the acquaintance with “Russian Switzerland”, as they often say about Samara! And then we'll go back to the hotel and get ready for the trail.the next day.

We have breakfast at the hotel and set off to conquer the mountains (in comfortable shoes). 08:00 - Transfer to Samarskaya Luka (~140 km). The Zhiguli Mountains are waiting for us, which are truly unique in their nature - this is the only mountain range on the Russian plain. Even the mighty Volga River, encountering such an obstacle, makes a sharp turn and forms a peninsula called Samarskaya Luka. Upon arrival, we will move along the equipped trail and climb Mount Strelnaya. The viewpoints are fantastic! We will admire the bend of the Volga, the islands and the unusual terrain. 14:00 – Lunch at a local cafe. The next point of the route is the village of Shiryaevo, which is included in the list of “the most beautiful villages in Russia.” It was in these places that Ilya Yefimovich Repin studied the way of life of local residents, and then created the world-famous painting “Boatmen on the Volga.” You will visit the traditional Shiryaevskaya hut of the second half of the 19th century, where the great artist lived. Now the I.E.Repin House Museum is open in it. Having touched art, we will continue to get acquainted with nature. The Shiryaevsky tunnels on Popovaya Gora are next in line. This is a series of artificial caves, which resulted from the extraction of high-quality limestone. We will visit inside and feel the full power of the rock! Inspired as much as possible by the beauty of Samara Luka, we will go to the 2nd largest city of the Samara region. Transfer to Tolyatti (~75 km). 19:30 - Accommodation at the Amaks Jubilee 3* hotel (Tolyatti). Free time and an independent dinner.

We have breakfast and immediately go to a mysterious place. 08:00 - Transfer to Khryashchevka (~ 45 km). There is a private architectural complex near Tolyatti, which is the subject of controversy. On the one hand, it is a novelty, and on the other, it is an interesting object to study. That's what we'll do! During a short tour, we will make an external inspection of the Castle of Garibaldi and learn the history of its origin. You will trace the elements of the Renaissance, the Victorian era and the Middle Ages, which are masterfully displayed during construction. And during an independent walk, you can already see the details: a magnificent design in the Neo-Gothic style with coats of arms and knights on the facade. 10:00 - Return to Tolyatti (~ 45 km) The unusual name, which sounds romantic in Italian, hides an industrial city with an amazing history. In the 1950s, due to the construction of the Zhiguli hydroelectric power station, Stavropol-on-the-Volga (formerly Tolyatti) fell into a flood zone for the construction of the Kuibyshev reservoir. And the whole city was moved to a new, more elevated place (currently it is the Central district in Tolyatti). During the tour, we will learn more about the triple birth of the city and the history of its modern name, visit several districts and evaluate the entire industrial potential. We will take an excursion to the AvtoVAZ Museum, where we will get to know the legend of the Russian automobile industry better. 13:30 - Lunch at a cafe and drive to Syzran. The road will lead us to a real Russian province! We will walk through the ancient center of Syzran, which has not changed since the time of tsarist Russia. On Sovetskaya Street (formerly Bolshaya Street) we will see merchant mansions decorated in the style of eclecticism and Art Nouveau. And then we will go to the only Kremlin in the Samara region. To this day, only the Spasskaya Tower has survived, which is the oldest building in the city - the construction dates back to 1683. Upon completion of the acquaintance, we will take you to the Syzran railway station. After 19:00 - Departure of the train to your city.
