Description

Type: Single-day activity
Duration: 9 hours
* If you add up all of Pushkin's visits to the Mikhailovskoye family estate, including two years of exile, you get about three years. He wrote about 100 works here, most of them during his exile. There was a powerful reversal: the despondency that gripped the poet upon his arrival in exile was replaced by a state of grandiose creative ascent. Pushkin himself confessed: "my spiritual powers have reached their full development, I can create." We will talk about what was reflected in Pushkin's artistic world: about his experiences and efforts directed inward, about genius and diligence, about sources of inspiration and insights, about meetings, about love and friendship, about those to whom he dedicated poems, and about those to whom he did not dedicate, about his favorite books. and music, about his daily routine, about what dishes he loved, about how he was original and eccentric… A long, eventful day awaits you. First, we will visit Mikhailovsky, visit the manor house, the nanny's House and the servants' Kitchen, stroll through the picturesque manor park, admire the island of solitude and other park ideas, magnificent landscapes reflected in Pushkin's poetry. We will also visit the Trigorskoye estate, where Alexander Sergeyevich has always been welcome. Pushkin's friends lived there, the large Osipov—Wolf family, to whom he dedicated poems and who, in part, are the prototypes of the heroes of the novel "Eugene Onegin". We will visit the manor house, take a walk through the Trigorsky Park in a romantic landscape style. Some corners of the park have names related to the writing of the novel: "Tatiana's Alley", "Onegin's bench". We will definitely visit the Svyatogorsk Monastery, founded back in the 16th century. The monastery was famous for its miraculous icons. Many people came there to attend the fairs organized by the monastery. Pushkin, of course, loved to visit fairs. Now the monastery is famous for becoming the resting place of our beloved poet. To find out if an excursion is possible on the day you need, please contact me.
