Type of accommodation:Hotel
On: without power
Arrival at the airport and meeting with the group at the airport. Immediately after, an unforgettable journey through the world of Baikal contrasts will begin for you. Transfer to Olkhon Island, which will be the first point of the program. During the trip, we will stop at a local cafe where you can taste traditional Buryat cuisine (lunch at your own expense).
At the Baikal ferry crossing, you will be greeted by a unique landscape, seagulls circling in the sky, spotlessly clear water and views of the Maloe Sea and Olkhon. At this moment, the realization comes: "I have a real adventure ahead of me!".
We will reach Khuzhira, the largest village on the island. Let's stay at the hotel and relax a bit after a long journey. In the evening, the guide will show you the sacred place — Shamanka Rock. This amazing location radiates powerful energy that helps restore strength and health. 13 sacred pillars of SERGE are located right in front of the rock, and below is the charming Sarai beach. After the walk, you can wander along the sand and enjoy the surrounding natural beauty.
day 02
Olkhon - O. Ohoy
Type of accommodation:Hotel
Included: breakfast, picnic lunch
Our next item on the program is a water excursion. After breakfast, we board a boat and depart for the holy springs. During this unforgettable walk you will be able to feel the special energy of Lake Baikal, as well as admire the magnificent views of the island of Olkhon. First of all, we will visit the unique region of Lake Baikal — Surkhaite, known for its healing springs.
The next stop on our route is Ogoy Island. As soon as we get closer to the island, you will have a view of Cape Dragon, a rock that looks very much like the head of a mythical creature. There is a Buddhist Stupa of Enlightenment on Ogoe. According to the legends of Buddhist lamas, the stupa protects the region from negative energy and brings prosperity. If you walk around the stupa 7 times and make a wish, it will definitely come true!
We return to Olkhon in the evening. One of the most impressive sights here is the sunset. The number of sunny days in Olkhon reaches 300 per year! For this reason, the sunsets here are especially unique. Glowing and contrasting, they leave a mark on the memory for a long time.
day 03
Khuzhir village - Cape Khoboy - Olkhon - Monakhovo village
Type of accommodation:Hotel
Included: breakfast, picnic lunch, dinner
Get ready for the most intense day of the entire trip! After breakfast, we head to the northern part of the island. Cape Khoboy is a mystical and sacred place that evokes the atmosphere of ancient legends and myths. The energy of this place is incredible. Our guests often speak about this place.: "It's like I've been to the edge of the world." After you enjoy the surrounding beauty, we will have a picnic in the fresh air.
Energized by the spirit of the island, we will settle down on the boat and embark on a long trip to the opposite shore. During the 6-hour journey we will see the picturesque bays, sandy coves and archipelagos of the Baikal islands.
The trip includes a trip past the Ushkany Islands, which are famous as a habitat for the Baikal seal. On sunny days, seals bask on the coastal rocks. Sometimes they even sail closer to the ships, causing delight among the guests.
In the evening we land on the land of the Republic of Buryatia. We check into the cozy recreation center "Kumutkan" in the village of Monakhovo. Your vacation will continue in the midst of the intoxicating taiga air, amazing panoramas of Lake Baikal and original houses scattered in the heart of the taiga.
day 04
Barguzin Valley
Type of accommodation:Hotel
Included: breakfast, picnic lunch
The Barguzin Valley is full of legendary locations: the Ulyun spring, the temple of the goddess Yanzhima, the Suva Saxony and much more. Our acquaintance with this unusual region will begin with the Ulyun Arshan. To get access to the healing water, it is necessary to present ritual gifts to the owner of the arshan and listen to the traditional parting words.
Then we will go to the temple of the goddess Yanzhima, which is located at the foot of Mount Barkhan. This colorful building with green gates and bright yellow roofs looks amazing against the stunning landscape. The goddess Yanjima has healing powers and helps everyone who turns to her with the right prayer.
Next, the journey takes us to Suva Saxony, a complex of rocks that resembles the ruins of a huge ancient castle. Stone hulks create walls, and vertical elevations look like towers. We will enjoy the rough natural beauty of this place and take a souvenir photo.
We'll have a picnic in the valley by lunchtime. You will taste juicy bouzas, fragrant boozers and crispy huushuurs. After a busy day, we will return to Kumutkan, where we will relax and share our impressions.
day 05
Barguzinskaya Valley - Irkutsk/Ulan-Ude
Type of accommodation:Hotel
Included: breakfast
It was the last day of our stay in the middle of the taiga forest. After a delicious breakfast, we drive to Ulan—Ude, the capital of sunny Buryatia.
We will check into the Sagaan Morin 4* hotel (white horse). This name has a deep meaning: in the culture of the Buryats, the white color symbolizes kindness, honesty and purity. The hotel consists of sixteen floors with a beautiful view of the city.
Let's take a city tour of Ulan-Ude. Different architectural styles are closely intertwined here. This creates a unique oriental flavor in the city. The central datsan of Rinpoche Bagsha, the world's largest sculpture of Lenin's head and the monumental building of the Opera and Ballet Theater — all this we will visit during the tour. The guide will introduce you to the culture of the region while walking along the central streets and the elegant embankment.
Later in the evening, we will go to a colorful restaurant for dinner together. Here we will discuss all our new experiences and enjoy a good wine.
At the end of the day, you have two options. The first is to stay overnight at a hotel in Ulan-Ude and fly home the next morning. The second option is to take a train to Irkutsk in the evening, followed by a transfer to the airport. The cost of the tour in both versions remains unchanged.
