Na Ulitse Kozueva Private house is located in the museum town of Suzdal. The Museum of Wooden Architecture, one of the city's main attractions, is within walking distance.

The cottage can accommodate 2 to 13 guests. The cottage has four rooms with private bathrooms. It is soundproofed. For 2-3 guests, one room is provided, for 4-5 guests, two rooms are provided, and the remaining rooms remain private. Room amenities include a TV, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, slippers, towels, and toiletries.

The shared kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, tea, and kitchenware.

The cottage grounds include a gazebo and barbecue. Skewers and grills are provided. A trampoline is available for children during the summer.
