The experience starts with the presentation of our homestead in Gračišče. During the tour through our wine cellar we will present you the process of winemaking from grape to bottle, we will explain you the difference between different styles of wine and show you our winemaking equipment, including different barrels. In a exquisite tasting room we will try five wine samples, from sparkling wine to sweet wine. We'll present the production of each wine and describe itzs main sensory characteristics. You will be taught about proper wine tasting methods. The wine tasting will be accompanied by homemade cold cuts, homemade bread and olive oil. We'll finish with some homemade liqueurs
