Black Hat is a Caribbean hut–style pub on the shore of Sadovaya-Karetnaya. The bar's menu includes not only Caribbean cuisine and impeccable tiki cocktails, but also traditional Irish dishes with an island twist. The main pride of Black Hat is, of course, one of the richest rum collections (167 types only for bottling) with the most extensive geography (30 countries).
