M. Zanfirov 's apartment house

The apartment building was built in 1905 on behalf of the merchant M. M. Zanfirov. In the design of the exterior facade of the building, you can see the elements inherent in the pseudo-Gothic direction of eclecticism. Throughout the entire composition, the central raskrepovka with a balcony stands out especially strongly, which is headed by a complex configuration crowned with an attic. Many of the original elements of the house were preserved - window sills, parapet curbstones and more, but the original balcony, the entrance to the building and the outrigger balcony were lost. After the revolution, the house was taken from its rightful owners and rebuilt into an apartment building, which is currently a residential building.
