During the kuvda, you will immerse yourself in the Alan way of life and, of course, taste the dishes of Ossetian cuisine.

• Ossetian pies (potato, ualibakh, tsakharajin)
• Salads (fresh, Georgian style)
• Slicing (pickles, herbs, cheese slicing)
• Drinks (lemonades, araka, Ossetian beer)
• Tasting dishes (baldzhyn, sauces, pumpkin with sour cream, eggplant with nuts, zikka)
Alan dances and traditional music
After dinner, a spectacular continuation of the evening awaits you. The history and culture of the Ossetian people will be revealed through stories, prayer toasts, poems, performances by vocalists and musicians.
You will hear the sounds of national musical instruments, from the melodies of the Ossetian accordion to the sparkling douli rhythm.
Admire the professional performance of the Caucasian Lezginka and the traditional mass Alan dance Simd
And at the end of the evening, the participants will have a master class on cooking Ossetian pies and a fun disco where you can dance to your heart's content.
