* If the participant cancels the tour more than 45 days before the start, a refund is made, minus the costs already incurred (registration of passes, hotel reservations, rental of a drop-off vehicle, purchase of food, rental of public equipment, etc.). The funds will be refunded AFTER the end of the event, and the declined participant will be provided with an estimate of expenses. Transfer to another participant or postponement to other dates (next calendar year) within three years is possible. Attention! Non-compliance of the equipment with the requirements specified in the "Mandatory equipment" automatically leads to the termination of participation. No refund will be made in this case.
