* Dalyan is a charming city on the river, the so—called "Turkish Venice". Since the city is located on the river, our journey through it will also be along the river by boat. After visiting Dalyan, we will sail to its surroundings — the ancient city of Kaunos, which was of great strategic importance, was a port city for ships traveling between the Eastern Mediterranean and the Aegean Seas. In this city, which is steeped in history, the amphitheater is well preserved, and here you can also see the ruins of the basilica and the ruins of Roman baths and a temple. One of the main attractions of this place is the rock tombs. The tradition of creating such burials came to Caunus from the east, from Lycia. 9 large tombs have been preserved to this day.
