V.P. Novokreschenov's house, Specific Department

The house of V. P. Novokreschenov was an appanage department of 1898-1902. In 1921, the all-Provincial Congress of Proletarian writers was opened. Currently, there is a D. G. Shatalov Music College here. The building is known as a cultural heritage site, a local landmark. The place attracts tourists and visitors to the city with its architecture.
