* A few kilometers from Ulan-Ude, right in the center of the Selenga River, there are unusual mountains, which are called shamanic — a striking detail in the dizzying mountain landscape. Since ancient times, the Shamanic Mountains have been a place of power, where rituals were performed and offerings were made to the spirits. It's so easy to relax your eyes and reboot, catch zen and meditate, be quiet and relax. And next to it, a flat ridge called the Taphar Plateau or Genghis Khan's Headquarters among the pointed hills is singled out as a special place for beauty and energy, and the protruding part of the plateau is popularly called the "troll tongue" and many artifacts have been found here. The headquarters of Genghis Khan, the Singing Arrow Hill, the Gesar Parking lot is an author's route for those who admire nature. All these are places of power, where they sent and made offerings. Let's start with the rock garden plateau, and it's already making an impression. From this elevation there is a beautiful view of the sacred mountain Bayan Tugad. This iconic place is overgrown with unearthly legends and its paintings are not inferior to the famous natural monuments. 2. Singing Arrow Hill This place preserves the past history of the Xiongnu tribes and the continuation of the tradition of nomadic peoples. 3. Visit the Aryuun Bulag drinking spring. 4. A hill with deer This rocky hill is one of the favorite places for photo shoots on the days of significant events, as it offers a stunning panorama of the city and the surrounding area. Mount Tologoi, located opposite, is especially beautiful. 5. Gaser parking lot You will see a magnificent bird's-eye view of the Selenga River and learn about the ancient history of this place.
