After passing through the 800-meter-long tunnel, we will continue on to the Witch Bridge. The bridge was built by the Japanese in 1928. It was located as part of the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk - Polyakovo railway line and is a complex engineering structure that attracts with its length of 200 meters and height of 50 meters. In 1994, traffic on the bridge was closed due to the closure of the stage. In 2007, a part of the bridge was damaged due to a forest fire.
Cape Slepikovsky is located on the southwestern coast of Sakhalin Island, administratively part of the Kholmsky Urban District of the Sakhalin Region. It borders the northern tip of Nevelsky Bay.

The cape received its current name after 1945. Until 1905 it was called Notoro, in 1934 it was renamed Otoro Misaki.
Cape Slepikovsky was recognized as a state natural monument of regional significance in 1995. The area is 609 hectares. A unique natural complex that includes a number of flora and fauna that are found only here.
