* In order to make it even more interesting for the children to study, we have come up with special sports diaries, which we called the "Passport of a skier". The skier's passport is the same for all groups. In it, our coaches write a comment on the training and give out a beautiful sticker. At the end of the diary there is a section with exams that must be passed in order to move on to the next group! There are also FIS rules in our passport that every person who goes skiing on the slope should know! Downhill skiing training for children, which takes place on three levels of skiing. Junior group The youngest skiers practice on a separate and safe training slope with a ribbon lift, where there is a children's playground. During our training sessions, we immerse ourselves in various images and scenarios that make it more interesting for children to learn the first steps on skis, thereby creating a positive image of activities and skiing! In this group, we lay down the first and important skills of beautiful skiing, learn how to stand on skis, brake and perform turns in the plow. The middle group With the guys from the middle group, we: – we conquer the large slopes of the Golden Valley (and not only)), – we learn how to use tow lifts, – we use the play area on the slope rollout for unusual warm–ups and tasks aimed at improving skiing techniques, – we move from turning in the plow to turning on parallel skis, – we study the rules of behavior on the slope, - we use technical exercises To adjust the technique , we include freestyle elements for variety and to improve the skills of the students. Senior group Skiers of the senior group: – they master basic and complex turns, – they learn how to ride safely in a Fun park, - they perform more complex tricks, – they master sports tracks, – they learn the elements of the demo program (synchronized group skating).
