Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 10:00 - 22:00. A cleaning fee is charged. The cost of cleaning depends on the type of apartment. The apartments have remote check-in: electronic locks or key boxes are installed. Payment upon arrival is accepted only by online payment. On the eve of arrival, guests receive a link to the payment and verification application from the accommodation. A personal account will be created in this service with available booking information, instructions and all documents. Verification is carried out by collecting passport data by a service registered by Roskomnadzor. Booking on the day of arrival is possible until 22:00 (MSK). Check-in is possible at any time, but only if the booking has been confirmed by a manager before 22:00 (MSK) — after this time, it will not be possible to arrange or confirm the check-in.
