The ski tour takes place in the Western Caucasus, in the village of Arkhyz.
Gondola and chairlifts quickly take tourists to the top of the slopes. All chairlifts are covered with protective glasses against wind and snow, which adds comfort to vacationers.
There are 2 slopes in Arkhyz for ski trails: the Gabulu ridge and the Abishira-Akhuba ridge. They are popularly called the Northern and Southern Slopes.
The ski area is located at an altitude of 1,650-2,500 m. It is very pleasant to ride both in the open mountain areas and in the fir forest.
The resort is decorated with dozens of cafes, and music is playing all around. In short, Arkhyz resort is now one of the most comfortable vacation destinations in the Caucasus!
It is here that it is very easy to learn how to ski: there are excellent green trails for beginners.
For lovers of pleasant driving, there is a whole network of blue trails. There are also red and black tracks that are waiting for their professionals :).

Thermal springs "Pearl of the Caucasus", village Arkhyz

12:30 – gathering of the group at the airport and at the railway station in Mineralnye Vody.
Transfer by minibus to the village. Arkhyz (about 3.5 hours).

A trip to the thermal complex at the beginning of the tour is a great way to relax and relieve stress!
In the Pearl of the Caucasus, pools are filled with mineral water directly from underground springs. The pools are located both indoors and outdoors, with water temperatures ranging from 27 to 43C. The water is warm, so it is pleasant to swim in the thermal springs even in winter.
The composition of water includes iodine, zinc, potassium, calcium, and sodium. It cleanses the human body, rejuvenates and gives a boost of energy!
Bathing accessories (swimsuit, towel, flip-flops, hair clip) should be packed in advance in a separate bag and taken with you on the bus.
Then we go to the village of Arkhyz. After checking into the hotel, we will take a sightseeing tour of the village.
Active part of the tour: 3 km on foot.
day 02
Skiing at the Romantic resort

Our group will live in the village of Arkhyz, which is located at a distance of 10 km from the Romantic ski resort.
In the morning, a transfer takes us to the resort, and in the evening it brings us back to the hotel.
Today is our first day on the mountain!
Together with the instructor, we study the ski resort and the ski lift scheme.
The instructor will definitely tell you which trails to start your skiing from.
If you need to rent equipment, you can rent downhill skis or snowboards at the Romantic resort.
In the afternoon, we will all gather in a cafe and discuss skating over a delicious lunch. Let's get some rest and go skiing again until the evening!

day 04
Trekking to the Karch observation deck-For you

To give our feet a little break from skiing, today we are going on a hike through the fir forests of the Caucasus.
For those tourists who still want to ride today, a transfer will take them to the snowy slopes of the ski resort.
The Karch Rock is for you, the observation deck, the Alan Tower.
After leaving the village of Arkhyz, we head towards the Abishira-Akhuba ridge. A snowy path will take us to the top of the cliff, where ancient ruins have been preserved. It is said that there was once a temple or fortress here.
There is a stunning observation deck on the Karcha rock, which gives you the opportunity to get acquainted with the circular panorama of Arkhyz! The Bolshoy Zelenchuk River runs below, and the Morkh-Syrty fir ridge and Krasnaya Mountain are right in front of us.
The active part of the tour: 8.4 km, elevation difference 1470-1640 m, route duration 3-4 hours.

Romantic Ski Resort

Do you miss skating? We're taking our skis and snowboards back to the mountain!
We ride on the mountain and definitely arrange photo shoots. If you have colorful costumes of squirrels, raccoons or dragons, take them with you on the tour! A lot of tourists ride in such bright costumes :)
day 06
Romantic Ski Resort

By tradition, we will gather for lunch at one of the local cafes!
Sooooo delicious hichin, lagman, shorpa, shish kebab, herbal tea and mulled wine are prepared here. You can treat yourself to all this at the resort during lunch.
day 07

Friends and family always want to bring nice souvenirs from the tour! Today there will be time to take your time walking around the souvenir market and pick up gifts to suit your taste. At the market you can buy calendars, magnets, herbal teas, souvenir mugs, jam made from blueberries, raspberries, cones.… As well as colorful shawls and wool socks!
Check-out from the hotel before 12:00.
Transfer by minibus to Mineralnye Vody.
15:00-16:00 – arrival in Mineralnye Vody (airport, railway station), departure home.
Return tickets should be purchased for transport that departs from Mineralnye Vody after 17:00 (trains) and after 18:00 (planes).
