* Information on the time of the group's gathering and exit is provided by the manager the day before, the day before the walk in the WhatsApp or telegram messenger. If the weather conditions worsen on the day of the release, the manager will additionally notify you about the time change, postponement or cancellation. Conditions of the event: 1. Weather conditions and force majeure -If the weather conditions are unfavorable for the program (storm warning / closed raid due to the passage of military vessels, heavy precipitation), then changes to the planned route are possible, including the day and time of departure, cancellation of the excursion. -Moderate precipitation and clouds, fog are not grounds for canceling the tour. An enclosed cabin, blankets and raincoats are provided on board for your convenience. Also, in case of minor precipitation, there is a fully covered boat. -In case of a sharp deterioration in the weather, visibility on the route during the tour, the captain independently decides whether to return the group or to change the route, for safety reasons. In this case, the unrealized part of the route is considered completed. 2. Group sea excursions are not allowed: -Tourists over 70 years old (not recommended) -People with physical disabilities or serious illnesses -Pregnant women (regardless of the term). If you report pregnancy at the departure pier, the tour fee will not be refunded. 3. Cancellation and non-exit conditions for the tour: -If you do not show up or are late for the tour, the full price will be charged -The payment will not be refunded if you cancel the tour less than 3 days in advance. -A refund for non-attendance is possible if a medical certificate is provided from a medical institution (for each person) before 16.00 on the day of the tour. 4.General information: -Information on the time of the group's gathering and exit is reported by the manager before 22.00 on the day before the exit.
