All of them are prepared using culinary techniques of the southern continent: long marinating, cauterization with flame or hot oil. Tepache is a Mexican fermented drink made from pineapples and their skins. Bartenders mix original and classic cocktails based on grape vodka pisco, mezcal and tequila.
