Programme: - Arrival, welcome with coffee and house pastries - Presentation of the company - development vision, plan of work, organisation of work in the Vila - Preparation and cooking 4-course lunch under the leadership of chef Uroš Štefelin - A choice of suitable accompanying wines with each dish (wine tasting) under the leadership of the house sommelier - Preparation of tableware - Group lunch (4 courses) Workshop aims: Participants will gain basic knowledge in the area of creating menus, matching dishes with drinks and tableware, and experience modern techniques of the preparation of dishes. They will be acquainted with local foods and with the possibilities of their use in the kitchen. They will gain the knowledge to be able to prepare the most demanding dishes using modern techniques. Chef Uroš keeps in touch with tradition by using local ingredients when preparing traditional dishes that have nearly slipped into oblivion. Tepka pear tree is a symbol of this connection with our past and we are putting it on the prime position in our offer.
