Remote check-in is available. Guests must contact the accommodation facility in advance using the phone number provided in the booking confirmation. Check-in instructions are sent to the guest's phone via the booking bot in the Telegram messenger. When booking, guests agree to the rules specified in the rates, and also enter into a lease or rental agreement with the owner of the premises. The deposit is paid by card of banks operating in the territory of the Russian Federation before check-in, and is returned within 48 hours to 16 calendar days after payment for all services and cleaning of the apartment, and subject to compliance with the rules of residence, according to the details from which the payment was made. A fine in the amount of the deposit is charged for smoking any kind of substance, holding parties and noisy events, staying in the room for more than the stated number of people at night, staying with animals if this was not specified in the booking, delaying check-out for more than 20 minutes if late check-out was not paid for, loss of keys, violation of the terms of the lease/rental agreement of the premises by the owner-individual.
