Cancellation policy
* 1. In case of cancellation of the Activity at the initiative of the Organizer (Borealis Center) due to the occurrence of force majeure (including adverse weather conditions and insufficient number of group members), which the Organizer could not have foreseen in advance, the Buyer is offered to postpone the Activity to other dates or the entire amount of money deposited by him is refunded. 2. In case of cancellation of the Activity at the initiative of the Organizer due to violation by the Buyer of internal rules, including Safety Regulations, the Organizer has the right to withdraw the provided equipment ahead of schedule, and the Escorts have the right to refuse the Buyer the opportunity to continue following the route together with the group. In this case, the services are considered to have been rendered in full, the funds deposited are not refunded, and all losses incurred by the Buyer are borne by the Buyer himself. 3. If the Buyer refuses to Participate 2 or less calendar days before the start of the program (the first day of the hike), the funds deposited by the Buyer will not be refunded. In other cases, the withdrawal from Activity is considered early, so the funds deposited by the Buyer are returned to him in full. 4. If the Buyer is late by the time the Activity starts, the Supplier cannot guarantee the provision of services to the Buyer, the funds deposited will not be refunded, and all losses incurred by the Buyer will be borne by him. 5. The cases not covered above are regulated according to the Return Policy of the QVEDO platform.
