Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. From 06.15.2024, there will be a temporary lack of hot water in the city. Children's breakfast is not included in the stay. The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at the time of service, check-in, or check-out. Breakfast fee: between RUB 180.00 and RUB 250.00 per person (approximately). From 12.30.2022 to 01.10.2023 the hotel does not provide breakfast. Accommodation with animals is only possible upon agreement with the hotel. Accommodation with animals over 4 kg is not possible.
