Lastochkino Gnezdo (Swallow's Nest) Apartments are located in a green area of Krasnodar, about 1 km from the city center, 300 meters from a bus stop, where you can get on a bus and reach any part of the city. The apartments are 14 km away from Krasnodar International Airport and 3 km from the central railway station.
In the morning the apartments serve breakfast in your room. During the day you can cook meals in the equipped kitchen with a dining area, or take a walk and taste Kuban dishes in cafes and restaurants close to the apartments.
You can get necessary tourist information at the tour desk and have a walk down the picturesque streets of Krasnodar. The friendly apartments staff can recommend the most interesting attractions and upcoming cultural events.
At your request the apartments staff can arrange a transfer to the airport and the railway station, book tickets and call a taxi. On advanced notice, car travelers can use a free parking space.
Guests can book any of the 8 rooms, decorated in soothing colors. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners, safes and mini-bars. In the kitchen, you can cook a substantial meal or a light snack. In the sitting area you can relax and watch TV with satellite channels.

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Parties are not allowed on site. The cost of registration of foreign citizens is RUB 400.00 per person. The hotel is open around the clock. A deposit of RUB 1000.00 is required upon arrival. In the comments to the booking, you must specify the estimated time of check-in. When booking a room after 04:00 PM with a check-in on the same day, the guest must first contact the hotel, in case of no prepayment and no arrival before 04:00 PM, the reservation will be canceled. If the guest indicates an invalid phone number when booking, the hotel has the right to refuse check-in, check-in is possible only if there are free rooms. Check-in for reservations is carried out from 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM, after 04:00 PM prices may vary depending on the demand for the room. Refund of the paid reservation is made no later than 12:00 on the day preceding the day of departure. When booking accommodation with children under 3 years old, an additional discount on a child seat is possible. The amount of the discount is negotiated after making a reservation with a hotel representative. Only one child under the age of 3 stays free of charge without extra bed and towels. Accommodation with two minor children (bed provided) surcharge RUB 1000.00 per day. The third and subsequent child (a bed is provided if it is available in the room) surcharge RUB 500.00 per day. For separate accommodation in a double room, an additional fee for a sofa in the amount of RUB 800.00 is charged. Pets are allowed with a shipping container. The cost of placing one animal is RUB 1000.00 per day, the cost of placing a second and subsequent animal is RUB 500.00 per day. Smoking in the room will incur a fine of RUB 3000.00. A washing machine is available for an additional fee: 1 load RUB 600.00 for stays of less than 3 days, RUB 300.00 — for stays of 3 days or more.
