A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. The front desk is open until 18:00. Check in after 06:00 PM are not guaranteed without prior notice. In this case it may be reported as a no-show. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Check in after 08:00 PM may have an extra charge of EUR 30.00 until midnight, and EUR 50.00 beyond midnight. Self check-in is authorized and granted only on non refundable fares and if a communication takes place via WhatsApp, at the number on the booking confirmation (there is not an extra charge). Self check-in must be authorized and confirmed by the facility. If guests do not receive any written confirmation, check in complies as our policy. If guests need a private transfer from the airport, the hotel can arrange it with an extra charge. The driver will wait for guests at the exit of the gate showing a paper with their name.
