Detailed description
The City Hall building in the center of Tula is included in the Unified Register of Cultural Heritage Sites. The building is recognized as a national monument of history and culture. The town Hall was built at the end of the 19th century. The first floor was used as a grocery store, the second as a funeral home, and the third as a meeting place for the city Council. Today, the Children's Creativity Center operates in the Revolution building.
