Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 23:00. When booking, please contact the apartment 1 hour before arrival. Before arrival, it is necessary to provide passport information. A manager greets guests in the apartment, or remote check-in is possible through key boxes. The check-in procedure must be agreed with the apartment at least 1 day before arrival by phone. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. If the booking is made on the day of arrival, instructions must be received at least 1 hour before arrival. Check-in to the apartment is possible from 09:00 AM to 11:00 PM by prior arrangement. Calls are accepted from 10:00 AM to 09:00 PM.
