The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Rosa Khutor Resort is located on the territory of Sochi National Park. Since 05/01/2026, Sochi National Park charges a fee of RUB 250.00 per person for access to its territory. Guests can pay for admission to the park on the official website of Sochi National Park or at the ticket office near the Olympia cable car. To move in with children, you need the original birth certificate of the child. It is possible to stay in a room with dogs. Small breed pet, up to 35 cm at the withers: RUB 1000.00 per day for 1 pet, RUB 5000.00 once per 1 pet for stays of 5 or more nights. A large breed pet, 35 cm at the withers and more: RUB 2000.00 per day for 1 pet, RUB 10000.00 once per 1 pet for stays of 5 or more nights. From April 13 to April 30, the main cable cars of the resort — Olimpia, Zapovedny Les, and Kavkazskiy Express, which lead to Rosa Peak 2320 m, as well as Volchya Skala, Edelweiss, and the Rodelbahn attraction — will be closed for scheduled maintenance. From April 13 to April 26, the Strela cable car 1600 m will operate in sightseeing mode for guests. From April 27, the Olimpia cable car and Rodelbahn attraction will once again be available to guests.
