Rianna Guest House is located in the center of the resort area of Anapa. Guests can walk to the sea; there are two types of beach: sandy and pebble. Within walking distance: Theater Square, where all city events are held, 30th Anniversary of Victory Park, children's attractions, supermarkets, market, ATMs, seaport, two embankments.

There is free Wi-Fi throughout the Guest House. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen-dining room for common use. Everything here is equipped for self-cooking and eating.

For public use free of charge on the floor: ironing board, iron, microwave, clothes dryer, hair dryer. A washing machine is available for an additional fee.

There is a parking lot on site.

Each room has: a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, split system, LCD TV, refrigerator, functional furniture, single and double beds, electric kettle, cups.
