Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 22:00. The deposit is returned on the day of departure after checking the apartment. Bookings made during the holiday period will require a double deposit. When checking in, you must present an identity document. Free bed linen is provided according to the number of beds in the flat at the rate of one double set per one double bed or double sofa. Each additional set costs RUB 500.00 . Free bath towels are provided according to the number of guests, one towel per guest. Each additional bath towel costs RUB 300.00. Early check-in and late check-out is available for an extra charge, please enquire in advance. Accommodation with pets is subject to prior agreement. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. No parties, festivals, bride gatherings, card tournaments and similar events are permitted, the apartments are for residential use only. Guests must contact the hotelier in advance if requesting other use of the apartment. In some cases the hotelier may be able to meet the request, but this is not guaranteed.
