The apartment building of Ivan Viktorovich von Besser is located near the chapel of the Cathedral of the Vladimir Icon of the Mother of God in St. Petersburg. It is a six-storey brown building, the facade of the building is decorated with ornaments. The building was erected in 1901, in 2000 the building was reconstructed, but retained its former appearance. Currently, the building houses the Vladimirsky Passage shopping center.
