* Southern Cultures Park. The Arboretum Park "Southern Cultures" is located in the Adler district of Sochi. It is located near the left bank of the Mzymta River. It was laid out in 1910 according to the design of the horticulturist and decorator A. E. Regel. The famous magnolia grows in it, blooms in spring. Something blooms in the park almost all year round, there are ponds with swans, palm alleys, bamboo groves, boxwoods, and the territory itself is flat, unlike the Arboretum in Sochi.
