Courses may be canceled 3 days prior to the tour date for a full refund. Courses canceled within 3 days of the tour date will be charged a fee of 500 THB per person until 24 hours before the course. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the course will not be refunded. A no show will be charged the full amount. If the client is sick, the course can be rescheduled one time for a 500 THB rescheduling fee. CMRCA does not guarantee that the date desired by the client will be available. If the client is not available for the rescheduled time, the cancellation fee of THB 500 will be charged. If the client is unable to participate due to alcohol or drugs, no refund will be given. Rain/Severe Weather Policy: In case of severe weather, CMRCA will reschedule for the next available day. If the client is not available, a full refund will be given. If the weather is uncertain, CMRCA will allow the client the opportunity to decide if they would like to go or wait for another day. If they choose to go and the course is rained out, no refund will be given. CMRCA guides will make every effort to find climbing areas where rain is not an issue. When possible CMRCA will provide other services in lieu of the course such as visits to the San Kamphaeng Hot Springs or Muang On Cave if a rain-out occurs.
