The merchant's house of the 2nd guild of N. F. Ivantsov is located near the Frunze House Museum. The building was built in 1899. It is a two-story brick building with an arched entrance to the courtyard and a basement. The building currently houses the Ministry of Culture. The house is classified as a national heritage site.
