Detailed description
Graffiti is on the facade of the house located on Svetlanskaya Street. The street art was produced as part of the Arctic Urban Art Festival "Rost". The author of the artwork is an artist from Canada, Carlito Dalseggio, who was invited to create this street art, which the author himself called a "Window into a Dream."
