The mountain slopes are covered with dark coniferous taiga, and on the dissected slopes, where the height reaches more than 1300 meters, the covering zone is the mountain tundra, which passes into the nival zone. It is also known that fixed accumulations of snow, known as "snowfields", accumulate on the peaks. The sources of the Telbes, Bolshoy Taz and Mundybash rivers begin on the mountain. It is worth noting that there are ski trails on the peaks of the mountain. The inhabitants consider this mountain sacred and everywhere they pray to Mustag.
