Weather conditions and force majeure: - The tour program may be changed due to weather conditions, tides or other unforeseen circumstances - Rain is not a reason to cancel the tour - In the case of a storm warning, when the maritime police forbids the entry of small vessels into the sea, a refund for the tour or a postponement to another date is provided 2. Conditions of cancellation and non-admission to the tour: - Free transfer of the tour date is possible upon notification at least 24 hours before the start of the program - If you cancel air tours and individual programs, the payment will not be refunded in the amount of 100% - Cancellation of other excursions less than 24 hours before the start of the program does not refund the payment - If the tour is cancelled more than 24 hours before the start of the program, a fee of 500 baht will be charged - In case of absenteeism (no-show), the full cost of the tour will be charged - In case of partial payment of the ticket and non-admission to the tour, the tourist is obliged to pay the rest of the cost of the tour on the spot (cash on tour) - Refunds for absenteeism on a day trip are possible only if you provide a medical certificate from the hospital (for each person) before 16:00 on the day of the tour - In case of absenteeism for a two-day tour, a refund of 50% of the tour price is possible upon provision of a medical certificate from the hospital (for each person) before 16:00 on the day of the tour
