The apartment house of F.I. Myltsin
Detailed description
The building is a cultural heritage site, which is named after the owner and was built at the end of the 19th century. It is located in the historical center of the city. During the reconstruction of the basement of the Myltsin house, a multi-level cellar was discovered. Perhaps this is part of a dungeon in the center of Rostov-on-Don. The owner of the house, Fyodor Ivanovich Myltsin, was engaged in grain trading and banking. He held the title of honorary citizen of Rostov-on-Don, and he was also involved in charity work.
