We will meet and go to the village of Listvyanka (1 hour on the way), one of the oldest settlements on Bakala. On the way, we will stop at the Taltsy Museum, where ancient wooden buildings are displayed in the open air. You will explore a unique collection of architecture and get acquainted with the history of the peoples of the Baikal region, their way of life, dwellings and culture. Then we will take the lift up to the observation deck on the Chersky stone. You will see how the famous Angara flows into Lake Baikal, and I will tell you the legend of old Baikal and his beautiful daughter Angara. After lunch, we will visit the Baikal Museum, whose exposition is dedicated to the flora and fauna of the lake. You will learn about its inhabitants and see the Baikal seal. And also get charged up with vivid emotions by riding in a harness with a husky. At the end of the day, we'll take a look at the fish market, where the Baikal omul, an endemic fish, is sold.

After breakfast, we leave for the village of Khuzhir, one of the two settlements on the island of Olkhon. We will arrive in the evening. Along the way, you will admire the seemingly endless icy surface of Lake Baikal, glistening in the sun, and mesmerizing panoramas. We spend the sunset overlooking the sacred Shamanka rock with two peaks (Cape Burkhan), where, according to legend, the main deity of Lake Baikal lives. We will see the famous pillars in front of the rock, tied with pieces of colorful fabrics — serge. They are considered sacred, and the ribbons and cloth on them are requests and wishes from travelers to local spirits. You can also ask them for something.

Today we are going to explore the north of the island — Cape Khoboy, considered a place of power. Its rocks resemble a sharp fang, and that's how the name translates. We will stop at cape "Three Brothers" — three massifs ending in the water. You will listen to the legend of these rocks, taste the fish soup prepared by our driver, and learn how Baikal "kisses". Let's look into the grottoes with huge icicles, and look at the vertical ice blocks. In the evening, we'll admire how the setting sun turns the ice into bright colors, have dinner and relax.

In the morning we will visit the southern part of the island. You will see ice caves, as if from fantasy films, and learn about the types of ice. We will visit Ogoy Island, where the snow-white stupa of Enlightenment is located. Inside it are various Buddhist relics and a bronze statuette of the mother of all Buddhas. It is believed that with certain actions here you can make a wish that will surely come true. Then we will go to Irkutsk, where we will check into a hotel upon arrival.

After breakfast at the hotel, rested and full of impressions, we go home.
