Tour program: • Let's start with the Petrovskoye estate and get acquainted with the personality of Abram Hannibal, the poet's great–grandfather. We will examine the modest original wing of Abram Petrovich and the later manor house. Pushkin visited Petrovsky in search of family connections, wandered through its classic park with its beautiful view from the gazebo-grotto on Lake Kuchane. • The next item on the program is the Mikhailovskoye Estate, the place where the poet spent years of exile and created more than 100 works. The manor house, the bathhouse with Arina Rodionovna's room and the kitchen will give an idea of Alexander Sergeevich's life in exile. The park was created by the works of Pushkin's grandfather and son, and memorial trees have been preserved to this day. • We will complete our acquaintance with the Pushkin Mountains by visiting the Holy Dormition Monastery, the Pushkin-Hannibal ancestral cemetery and the grave of Alexander Pushkin. This is not just a tribute to the poet's memory and respect, but also an introduction to the history of the monastery, which was famous long before Pushkin's ancestors appeared on this land. • A pleasant addition will be the inspection of the unique chain bridges over the Velikaya River in Ostrov city. The only surviving unsupported suspension bridges built in 1853 are a unique operational engineering structure. • And at the end, you will receive as a gift a set of author's postcards from the series "Pushkin's Journey with the Scientist cat" in memory of the excursion.
