To collect the keys, there is a reception inside the Central Station, Piazza Duca d'Aosta 1, located on the mezzanine floor, in the center of the aisle and open from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, all day. To reach the office guests need to enter the station and take the escalators, not the stairs, to the mezzanine floor. The office is located in the center of the corridor, with the writing Italianway.
