Studiya na Fontanke Apartments is located in the historical center of Saint Petersburg, within walking distance of the Trinity and Nikolsky Cathedrals, the Mariinsky Theater, the metro and the Baltiysky railway station.
The apartments can accommodate up to 3 people on a double bed and a folding bed. Guests have access to: linen sets for each guest, TV, high-speed Wi-Fi free of charge.
In the kitchen area: microwave, stove, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, dining table and chairs, cutlery. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, sweets.
In the bathroom: toilet, hair dryer, iron, a set of hygiene products, slippers, towels for feet, hands and body for each guest.
For companies and business travelers, any set of reporting documents is provided, payment by bank transfer is accepted.

Parking near the house is free from 08:00 PM to 8:00 AM. From 8:00 AM to 08:00 PM - RUB 100.00 per hour. Smoking and noisy events are prohibited in the apartment. When booking after 10:00 PM for the next night, check-in is possible only the next day, from 9:00 AM. Accommodation with animals is possible upon agreement for an additional fee.
