Sri Maha Mariamman Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to the goddess Mariamman. It was built by Tamil immigrants in the 1860s and is distinguished by an exuberant combination of rich colors and ornate decoration. The tall central structure is decorated with detailed intertwining Hindu deities. Shrines inside the temple are dedicated to Shiva's consort and elephant-headed Ganesha, while others pay homage to Vishnu and Krishna.
