Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Guests need to go through verification before check-in: make a deposit, send a photo of the passport and a photo of the guest whose passport was sent. Upon check-in, an agreement is concluded with the guest whose passport was sent before arrival. Children under the age of 4 stay free of charge, from the age of 5 are considered adults. If the booking is canceled less than 7 days in advance, the prepayment will not be refunded. Early check-in and late check-out are discussed additionally and are possible if they do not overlap with the needs of the previous or next guest. Parties, stag and hen parties are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. Silence mode: from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. It is forbidden to stay with pets. Photo and video shooting is possible only by prior arrangement for an additional fee. Only the number of guests that is reflected in the booking can stay. For violation of the rules of the house, a fine of RUB 10000.00 is withheld from the guests. Around the clock check-in is possible if the booking is made before 10:00 PM. The reservation service is open until 10:00 PM.
